Introduction
Customise your invoicing layout through our easy-to-use ‘Layout’ feature.
Be in control of what information you wish to share with parents & carers within the header and footer of your Invoices.
How to create your invoicing layout
Navigate to Bookings > Settings > Layout
Invoices by default will not include any additional details. You will be presented with an empty page.
To add custom information to your invoices:
Step 1 – Select Add Display Details
Step 2 – Add your Bank details (Bank name, Sort Code & Account number)
Step 3 – Add your Payment terms
Step 4 – Add your** Invoicing footer**
Step 5 – Select Save

Where will I see these details?
Once saved, details added to Layout will be found at the bottom of any invoice that you generate from the invoicing feature
Edit Layout
You invoicing Layout can be Edited at any time. To edit:
Step 1 – Select the Edit icon in the top right corner
Step 2 – Make Changes
Step 3 – Select Save
Delete Layout
You invoicing Layout can be Deleted at any time. To Delete:
Step 1 – Select the Delete icon in the top right corner
Step 2 – Click Delete
Delete simply wipes all previously saved details and returns the Layout to its default state of empty. Any changes will be present on ALL invoice downloads once saved.
