Inviting a Parent
Step 1 – To invite a parent to you just need to go into the profile of the child and scroll to the bottom
Step 2 – ‘Parents & Contacts’ just hit ‘Add New Contact’
Step 3 – Fill in all details including email address and hit ‘Submit’, or ‘Submit and add another if you have more than one Parent & Contact to add.
Step 4 – You should get the following email to send the invitation email.
Parents & Contacts will receive an email to set up an account within 5 minutes. make sure that if they do not see the email to double-check the junk folder!
You can review the status of an invite by the message displayed.
Available Status’:
‘Invite’ – No invite sent yet. Send them their 1st invite
‘Resend Invite’ – Invite sent, no account setup
‘Signed Up’ – Profile fully set up
